"First, I have never seen or ever spoken to Jeff Johnson, who is listed as my agent. Had State Farm since the late 90s in AZ, TX and now here. Called again today because my auto debit for my life insurance didn’t go through. Domenic assured me everything was set with my new card after my fraud event and subsequent new card. It wasn’t. Today getting decline emails again from State Farm. Called and Domenic was busy (again) and this same person who answered the phone answered my questions last time. Well, evidently Domenic did not make the change to my payment method, since I had to go in online and manually change myself when I checked again. And I never expect to hear from Jeff Johnson regarding my issues. I’ve never felt supported by this agency even after I had my BMW totaled after being hit by a drunk driver. We did all the leg work. And had rude service by (again not Domenic or Jeff) but a female employee who I don’t recall the name. So, at this point, it feels like I’m throwing money down a hole at the Jeff Johnson agency. Currently have 5 policies with them but I wonder what the magic number of policies is to get a dang phone call from my supposed agent. Ridiculous and very bad customer service."
